Institute for Youth Work Launches this Autumn

Building on many years of discussion and following an NYA led consultation supported by the sector in 2011, the Institute for Youth Work will launch in September 2013.

Led by the National Youth Agency’s Education and Training Standards Committee, the Institute for Youth Work is a membership body for youth workers, providing a voice for their views and supporting members to reach the highest professional standards. Itwill aim to engage all those in the youth sector who work to enable young people to develop holistically and to reach their full potential.

Youth workers and youth organisations are invited to register their interest in joining by visiting the site at www.iyw.org.uk.
